For a single home, looked after while you're away
The 100 RON is the service fee for the visit itself. The cost of items purchased from your shopping list (groceries, flowers, etc.) is always separate and billed at cost.
If something breaks or needs a tradesperson while on this package, arranging it is handled as a separate request (see Specialist & Technical Works below) — ongoing maintenance coordination is included starting with The Signature.
Every package can be further personalized: number of visits, scope and specific requests are always discussed and adjusted to your home.
Full concierge care for one home, handled personally
The monthly fee covers coordination and supervision. Deep cleaning, specialist cleaning, repairs, technical work, materials, parts, tradespeople and other third-party costs are not included and are quoted or approved separately before work begins. Daily pet care and overnight pet sitting are also separate services.

For multiple properties or larger households
Scope, frequency and price are set based on the specific household. Third-party costs and specialist service costs are always separate.

Daily feeding, dog walks, litter care and agreed routines can be arranged separately. From 60 RON per visit; overnight care quoted privately.
Larger grocery runs, flowers, special requests or extra preparation visits beyond the package are quoted per request. Purchases are always billed separately.
Deep cleaning, repairs, installations and specialist work are coordinated separately and always approved by you before any cost is incurred.

Yes. Every engagement begins with a simple written agreement covering scope, access and expectations, agreed by both sides before work starts.
Personally, and only by the person you've met and agreed to work with. Keys are only shared with a specific provider temporarily, for a specific approved task, and only with your knowledge.
Yes. Your address, schedule and any access details are used only to provide the agreed service, and are never shared beyond what's necessary to complete a specific request.
Just let us know. Scope and frequency can be adjusted at any time, and the agreement can be ended with reasonable notice, as set out when we start working together.
